Infrared Heating

Is a part of thermal radiation. All matter with a temperature greater than absolute zero (0 K) emits thermal radiation. As a form of energy transfer, it isn‘t dependent on mass, and in contrast with heat conduction and convection, it doesn‘t need media to be transfered, it can be done also in a vacuum. The best known form of thermal radiation is solar radiation, which can be divided into the areas of UV radiation, visible light and infrared radiation.
